Summary

This photo was taken during the celebration of the convergence of telephone service in Brunswick from operator to direct-dial on May 10, 1938. We're assuming the location is the old C&P Telephone building at the bottom of A Street and Petersville Road. Please let us know, if not.

Who can we identify? Blade-Times publisher Henry Rinker is 3rd and Mayor Harry Mace is 7th from the left in the back row. See original Brunswick operators Mrs Nichols and Mrs. Levetta Kelley Thomas locking arms on the right side of the front row.

Can you help us identify others?
