Summary

Top to bottom: Cheryl Dodson, Heather Gula, Elaine Lightner, Lillie Morris.

This photo is from 1994 and shows the administrators, faculty, and staff members at BHS.

Several of these people still work at the high school including Louis Eskuchen, Heather Gula, Mike Harrington, and Anne Zumbach.

Among those who still work in other FCPS schools (or other school systems) are Karen Curran, Elaine Lightner, Nancy Doll, Lori Stiles, Frank Booth, Debbie Winkles and I believe Linda Griffith.

Those who know longer walk amongst us included Terressa Blickenstaff, Linda Lucas, Lillie Morris, and Jon Williams.

The people who are no longer working at BHS, but I see from time-to-time are Karen Curran, Nancy Doll, Elaine Lightner, Terri McCain, Alan Lescalleet, Jack Mehl, Ed Sell, Bev Shaffer, Jim Sklencar, Lori Stiles, along with Anne and Lee Zumbach.

After a couple of weeks into the school year most of the teachers display certain habits, such as Jon Evans saying “Uhh umm, well you know” or Jack Mehl’s command of “Don’t say shut up.”

Also how Jim Sklencar’s conservations often seemed to drift off to basketball, while Terry Hershey with his “Bullldozer” or war stories.

Several of you probably got the phone call from Cheryl Turney asking “Do you know you’re not in school today?” or Kay Tucker’s voice on the intercom saying “Please excuse this interruption to your classes.” ;=)!
