Dan Sobieck: This was a Baldwin Diesel built between August-October in 1950 according to the book that I have. Its fairly new judging by the picture, not much weathering on it. Judging by the clothes that they are wearing and the dead grass in front of them. I am a member of the B&O Historical Society. I would educate that this picture was taken in the winter of 1950-1951
