Summary
Hamp Tisdale is the third of three Frederick County judges that were spawned by the Law Offices of Rollins Wenner Price and Tisdale. Herb Rollins was the 2nd and also served as attorney for the town of Brunswick after Bill Wenner became a district court judge in 1978.
Brunswick was also the home to past Circuit Court judges John L. Jordan and Patrick Schnauffer as well as Frederick Co Court Commissioner Judge William B. Gross.
