Pastor Ralph Miller of the the Bethany Lutheran Church with his wife, Gladys and daughters June and Floy. Many of us had Mrs. Miller as a teacher. Pastor Miller also presided over the Lutheran Church in Petersville.

Linda Moss: Rev. Miller married my parents and baptized and confirmed my brother and me. As our minister, his duties included cleaning the church and keeping the yard including shoveling snow in winter. I'm not sure if it was expected or if he just did it to be sure it was done just right. They were very special people in my life.

Sandra Lake Hemp: You remember where you were when President Kennedy was shot. Mrs. Miller came into 8th grade math and announced "The President has been shot" in the calm manner that she always maintained.
