Summary

The soap box derbies that ran down from the top of 10th Avenue below "Dead Man's Curve" down East Potomac Street were a huge hit with local kids back then. According to the library, here are Brunswick racers George Hall, Witter Lovelace and Dan Lutman standing with their soap box derby cars. This photo is late 1940s.
