Summary
The couple in the middle of this photo are Thee and Helen Twyman, from Brunswick, in the parking lot of the original Pic' a Wenner on 5th Street at Philadelphia Avenue in Ocean City. The Twymans worked for the Wenner family for years. Mrs. Twyman often accompanied Mrs. Eleanor Wenner to the beach property in the Summer to cook her scrumptuous seafood dishes. The Wenner family bought this house in 1942 and expanded to other properties on the block. Many Brunswick families vacationed here on 5th & Philadelphia in the 1950s-60s. This house is still standing in Ocean City (2020).
