Led by the team’s new coach Mike Gooch, the all sophomore team finished their season with ten wins and tens loses.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
One highlight of the season was against Smithsburg when David Mayonado scored the game winning basket with three seconds left on the clock, clinching a 38-36 win over the Leopards.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Even though the team only won 50% of their games that year, Cory Brawner summed up the Railroader’s season saying “We may not have gone undefeated, but at least we know what to look forward to for the next year and playing with the big boys.”&lt;br /&gt;
