Karn &amp; Bros., then owned by two of his brothers who managed the lumber yard on South Maryland Avenue. His finest design and building achievement is the Gothic stone Grace Episcopal Church on “A” Street. Karn, and the following sons and daughters: Mrs. Frederick M. Cramer, Baltimore; Clarence B. Karn, Washington; Mrs.John Stickley, Washington, D.C.; G. Brisco Karn, Baltimore; Mrs. Earl T. Cate, Brunswick; Miss Evonne Karn and Louis C. Karn, both at home. Also the following brothers and sisters survive: J.P. Karn, Brunswick; M.A. Karn, Hagerstown; Wm. A. Karn, Burkittsville; Mrs. B.S.
