Charles Thomas Harrington 1899-1976 Charles was a Clerk/Agent for the B&amp;amp;O Railroad in Frederick according to the 1930, 1940 and 1950 Census&amp;#039;. He and his family lived at 605 North Maple Ave. He was the son of George W. and Flora Gertrude (Keller) Harrington. His brother William (Bill) Harrington, the shoemaker in Brunswick.&lt;br /&gt;
