Ellen Barger Sponseller and her Aunt Mary Barger with an unknown man sometime in the 1940s. They were standing near the access way to Ellen&amp;#039;s apartment which was located over Ephram&amp;#039;s Liquor Store on East Potomac Street. This appears to have been in back of the building looking up the hill toward A Street as that&amp;#039;s the old Jewish Synagogue on the right.&lt;br /&gt;
