JoEllen Morsberger Fisher: Howard B Hovermale was born about 1884 in WV, he bought the building in 1923 after establishing his store there in about 1913. Mr Hovermale died in 1930, leaving 2 young children , wife and parents, who lived on New York Hill.&lt;br /&gt;
