Smoketown History (Brunswick, Md.) While Red&amp;#039;s MLB numbers were modest at best in limited time with the Browns, he put up some nice numbers in the minors (he played for the old Int&amp;#039;l league Orioles in 1949 and hit 24 HRs. He played professionally until he was 41.&lt;br /&gt;
