A local 4-H leader, Mr. Enfield served as President of Frederick County Farm Bureau from 1967-70, Vice President of Maryland Farm Bureau from 1975-80 and President of Maryland Farm Bureau from 1981-83. He served on the Maryland Agriculture Commission for 6 years, as chair from 1970-82. He also served and chaired on many agriculture-oriented committees through 2008.&lt;br /&gt;
