We use to buy groceries every Friday night at the A&amp;P right down the street where the cable company is now. We would sometimes stop at the Circle S for dinner or ice cream. When we were teens we referred to making the &quot;circle&quot; around Frederick which involved driving past all the hot spots where teens hung out and stopping in here for a bite to eat and just hang out.
