Needwood Farms on the original estate of colonial Maryland Governor Thomas Sim Lee. Several generations of the Pry families have lived and farmed here. According to Gail Pry, &amp;quot;the home was built for Governor Lee&amp;#039;s grandson who had the same name. (The land) was all part of a 6,000 acre land grant from the King of England, known as Needwood Forest.&amp;quot;  &lt;br /&gt;
