Reuben Moss: Often times you only had your picture taken if you knew it was going to happen. Photographers were rare and photography was time consuming and expensive. I&amp;#039;ve seen this as a semi-popular method of personal transportation for people along short lines that had few trains, but I&amp;#039;ve never heard of it being a track testing method before, that&amp;#039;s an interesting thought.&lt;br /&gt;
