Just a row of posts at least 40 years ago, this track was used to dump coal out of train cars at the Mill in Brunswick on the C&amp;amp;O Canal.&lt;br /&gt;

The coal could then be sold or (in earlier days) be transferred to canal boats. It may have also been used for other things, but not likely as for much of the mill&amp;#039;s active life any transport of grain and other loose goods would have been in box cars and unloaded from the side and not bottom.&lt;br /&gt;
