I would say this picture was taken at the West End School at the back of the building. East End does not have a wall that looks like that but West End does.

JoEllen, the tall boy in the back looks like Uncle James [Samuel Roby b.1898]. The girl on the left in the middle row looks like Nellie Lloyd [b.1900].&lt;br /&gt;
