The Ferry had a very long term lease with the landowner on the Virginia side. When it came time to renew the new the lease the Virginia landowner wanted a large amount of money. It has been going back and forth with lawyers and the courts. Loudoun County has now joined the fight to try to get the matter resolved.&lt;br /&gt;
