Gentlemen;

I am desirous to lease a piece of ground owned by the canal Co. for the purpose of erecting a warehouse on to contain large quantities of grain which are brought to this point and considerable quantity of it. To be shipped to George Farm. If a place was erected to receive it. It is located a short distance above lock 29 where I with the warehouse built will comply with any articles of agreement the company may enforce. By granting my request you will much oblige.
