Summary
Mr. Oscar M. Fogle was the 2nd principal of BHS from 1907-11. He earned an A.B. from Roanoke College, an MA from Columbia and M.Ed. from Harvard. Mr. Fogle was later Superintendent of Talbot County Schools and a professor at Lincoln University. He was honored in the 1934 Who's Who in America for his outstanding contributions as an educator.
