Summary
Rodger G. Harley was the third principal of Brunswick High School from 1911-14. He was a graduate of Baltimore Business College. After his BHS tenure, he served as Frederick County Treasurer and Clerk of County Commissioners. He was principal at Knoxville Elementary School from 1925-36.
Does anyone have information on the old Knoxville schoolhouse?
