Summary
Early Plat of Town of Berlin (Brunswick) as Leonard Smith laid it out in 1787.
According to Brunswick historian Rev. Austin Cooper, C.F. Wenner's farm that ran the length of Maple Avenue, or "Wenner's Hill", was originally owned by Leonard Smith, a majority landlord of our end of Frederick County.

David Mcintosh: This map was drawn by Author Lutman his name was cut from the bottom the original is hanging in the museum. The names of early poineers on the map was his research.
