Summary
This is Isaac Carter Jr. and his sister in Brunswick in the early 1900s. According to Keith Carter, Isaac Carter Sr. came from Virginia during the Civil War to buy land in Maryland. It was a bold move in that the family's migration crossed confederate lines into what was then a neutral border state.
