Summary
The Swank-Ausherman House on the corner of Petersville Rd and Rt 79 on Rosemont in the early 1950s when it was out in the country. The photographer was probably standing where Missionary Alliance Church now stands on right. The bus is believed to have been driven by Gene Summers.
George Swank owned a hardware business and general store on West Potomac Street that was razed to make way for the Potomac River Bridge.
