Summary
As Barbara Felix wrote when she sent us this photo, "God bless the horse trainers". Jockey Joseph Mineto is hunched over the stallion with his excellent trainers on either side of the horse.
This photo was obviously taken somewhere in what we used to call the MARVA area.
