Her outstanding determination in the Culinary Arts program at CTC has led her to receive not only overall academic achievement, but also numerous awards and recognition. Her steadfast work ethic and her experience at CTC led her to be accepted to the NY Culinary Institute of America with a generous merit scholarship. However, keeping her options open, she is enrolled at the Monroe Center at FCC this fall to pursue baking.
