Summary

Here are some outstanding BHS teachers who were featured in the 1965 Railroader yearbook.

First is Mrs. Lucille Moler. A graduate of Hood and George Washington Universities, she began her teaching career at BHS in the 1930s. Mrs. Moler transferred to Damascus in 1939, Leland in 1940 and Montgomery-Blair in 1943.

As an award-winning jounalist, she was president of the Maryland Scholastic Press Association, which founded a "Lucille Moler Award" in her honor. She retired due to disability in 1959.
