Residents of Brunswick and the surrounding area packed the Fire Department Building for the Seventh Annual Brunswick Expo. Over forty businesses were represented at this years event with businesses ranging from exercise, massage, Taxes to gardening, food and Craft Beer. Frederick County Executive Jan Gardner proclaimed this to be "Brunswick Expo Day". Mayor Jeff Snoots introduced Lovettsville Mayor Nate Fontaine and Mayor Fontaine introduced the new Lovettsville Town Manager Robert Ritter. Mayor Snoots presented a Certificate of Appreciate to the owner and staff of Donna's House of Hair for having been in business for over forty years in Brunswick. Donna's House of Hair was started by Roberta Coulter in March 1978, her daughter Donna runs the business today. Mayor Jeff Snoots: I was very proud to be the co-emcee with Rick Weldon, President and CEO of the Frederick County Chamber of Commerce. Thanks to GBACC, Brunswick Main Street and the City of Brunswick for another successful event. Highlight of the evening was honoring Donna’s House Hair, Donna has been in business for 40 years in the City of Brunswick! Congratulations!
