Summary

Brunswick Legionnaire Richard Bowers speaks on the reviewing stand in the opening ceremony at the November 1961 Veterans's Day Parade. It was an unseasonable 82 degrees! On the reviewing stand, we see Reverend Jack Wilson of Grace Episcopal Church (standing in his clerical collar), Webb Bennett (standing over Fr. Wilson's left shoulder), Donald Darr (standing in his Legion hat), Mayor James Cummings (next to Mr. Darr), Harry Bodie (seated in front of Mayor Cummings), Millie Rooney on the far right. Who else can you recognize?
