My grandmother sold the land to the Ambulance Co. for about $600 after the store was razed in 1959 or '60. Jackie Ebersole says she remembers Claire Ebersole and Wayne Hill going down to Ocean City to negotiate terms with her on the front porch of the Log House at Pic a Wenner on 5th & Philadelphia Avenue....Peter Wenner
