Granny, Anna Greenfield, with some of her children - Pat Greenfield, Jean (Greenfield) Baker, Betty (Greenfield) Merriman, Bill Greenfield, Lucille (Greenfield) Snoots, and Leona (Greenfield) Merriman. Granny was a licensed midwife serving Brunswick for many years. She had a medical black bag and she went on calls up into her 60s. She sometimes went on snow plow, garbage truck, or even on foot to go to deliveries. Dorothy M. Van Steinburg: Mrs. Greenfield was with my Mom for all of her children's births except one...she actually delivered my sister and fussed out Dr. Carpenter when he arrived a bit too late! She was a sweetheart!
 
Sheree Lynn Stevens: Remember mom talking about her coming for Marsha and I both born at Frannie Chews house on Petersville rd
