Bruce H. Abernethy: There are numerous articles in the The Post, Frederick, MD in 1973, et al about Brenda Dinkle. She was severely injured in a vehicle accident at age 11 or 12, and according to the articles at that time, would be confined to a wheel chair for life. Her dad was Leon Becker Dinkle, her mom was, according to her marriage record, Lillian Loberta Bryan; she used the name Loberta most of the time, an usual name.
