Smoketown History (Brunswick, Md.) In 1978 that first door was the entrance to my apartment. You went up a flight of steps to enter the apt. It was a two story apt. It was so big on the first floor I didn't even use the second floor. Joe Gordon was running Cage's at the time. He was a great landlord. A lot of the apartments in Brunswick's old houses and businesses were quite large compared to today's standards.
