Summary

let's remember Brunswick's own Mr. Baseball Clyde V. (Red) Hawes. Mr. Hawes was not only known for his long time work as a player and coach, especially for the perennially successful BRLL Cubs and local adult teams dating back to the 1930s, he was also the letter carrier for the Knoxville postal district.
