Summary
The rectory of Grace Episcopal Church is a distinctive red-brick house at 112 E. A Street next to the old stone church. The state of Maryland property records indicate it was built in 1915 before the present church was erected.
It is believed the home was purchased by the Diocese of Maryland in the late 1920s where it was for many years the home to the priests of Grace. It is now rented by the church. When this photo was taken in 2007, it was home to Father Frank & Mrs. Debby Fortkamp.

Mark Stewart: My great-Grandfather William Stewart lived there in the 1920s. I don't know if he owned the house. He died in 1927. The house had a full porch across the front of the house.
