The store really hasn't changed very much on the inside at all. You can look around at all the walls and they are full of everything from auto, garden, fishing, hunting and grocery. As a matter of fact, some of the things hanging on the walls (not the groceries) look like they may have been there since the 1930's. Gary Himes still uses the same old "grabber" to get things down off the shelves just like they did in the 30's. Himes Store is a time capsule.
