Summary

This appears to be a letter of agreement from Jordan, Crampton & Co. of Berlin at the Barry Post Office, dated May 10, 1890. Note the brand name "Choice Family Flour", which was continued from the time of C.F. Wenner.

The mill used canal water to grind flour from wheat and made cracked corn and corn meal. It also provided a warehouse to store salt and hay bales.
