Donna's House of Hair Re-Opening, June 3, 2020
Donna’s House of Hair & Tanning had their Grand Re-Opening ribbon cutting on June 3, 2020 to celebrate the beginning of the end of the Covid-19 Pandemic Lock Down during phase one of the business recovery. They actually re-opened on May 18th but had to wait until they had a break in the rush of customers this afternoon.
At the same time as Donna's re-Opening, MD. Gov. Larry Hogan announced the beginning of Phase Two recovery to start this weekend.
