She was my Great-Aunt Patty, the eldest of my grandfather's 4 sisters, all of whom were school teachers at one time. She was the first woman principal in frederick Co, was known as a strict disciplinarian as you can see the demeanor here, and got her nickname "Patty Legs" because her bloomers were once visible while teaching a class.....Peter Wenner
