Summary
The first Red Men's Hall on the corner of S. Virginia Avenue and Walnut Street in the late 19th century Other groups such as the Masons and Knights of Pythias also used the building for meetings. Look how close the railroad tracks come to the side of the building.
According to Brunswick historian Reuben Moss, "I'm inclined to think it to be mid-late 1890s. If you look closely there is a switch for the Gross Brothers siding that starts right by the side door, which I think was added with the construction of the Gross Brothers General Store in 1894."

Reuben Moss: Its possible it could be 1873, but I am much more inclined to think it to be mid-late 1890s. If you look closely there is a switch for the Gross Brothers siding that starts right by the side door, which I think was added with the construction of the Gross Brothers General Store in 1894.
