Summary
The Red Men gather at the junction of Main Street (now Potomac St) and N. Virginia Avenue - early 20th century.
According to Brunswick historian Reuben Moss, "'the Indian' was part of the building's construction, since it was Red Man's Hall and the theme of the fraternal organization was Native American dress (stemming not from Native American lineage, but instead the Sons of Liberty, the group famous for dressing as natives and destroying tea shipments during the Boston Tea Party."
