Ann Beacht: I am delighted to see this old photo of my grandfather, father and two of the wonderful people I saw almost daily during my childhood. Darrol and Ruby were longtime, devoted employees and really nice people-- very tolerant of the boss's kids. | |||
Garland Young: I worked at Roelke's store when I was going to high school. Bill dad taught me how to be a butcher. But first I had to get a half of cow out of the meat cooler. Don't know how I did but I was able to get the half of beef to the meat block. I only weight 118 at the time. Really enjoyed working there. | |||
