Summary
Same sad view looking north up 4th Ave in Spring 1976 during demolition. According to Dale:
"Initially, they attempted to use a 'wrecking ball' to knock the walls down. They started on the north side of the school. The wrecking ball bounced off the exterior walls, having little, to no effect on the structure.
"Plane B was to use a "bucket" to chew the walls down. (as seen in the next photo). The rubble pile between the bulldozer and the crane was where the faculty would have parked back then."
