Summary

This photo is from 2005 and shows the members of the BHS English department. For four years, students advance through required English classes. Other than the four basic English courses, students may also enroll in classes such creative writing, literature and/or A.P. English. English involves more than developing the correct use of grammar and avoiding spelling mistakes. English is a subject that teaches skills such as reading, writing, analysis and interpretation of literature and benefits all students no matter what they decide to pursue in life after thigh school. In the photo (L to Right) - Lee Vogtman, Darla Roesch, Pat Dick, Laurie Bainbridge, Jerald Eiler. Not pictured – Fraser Hubbard I do not believe that any of these teachers are still at BHS. J.T and Pat Dick are retired, but I not sure about the others pictured in the photo. I think that some might still be in the FCPS system.
