Tyson Anderson and his wife moved into Brunswick from Fort Washington, MD, in December of 2020. Born of Florida he enjoys being near the water, on it in his kayak or under it with his SCUBA gear. He has a BA from Florida State University, and an MA from American Military University. He is also a US Army veteran and served with the 101st Airborne in Afghanistan. He joined Brunswick Mainstreet in order to lean more about his community and to help make a diffence.
From the Brunswick Main Street Board: Tyson is new to Brunswick having recently purchased one of the most historic homes in town. His professional background gives him ample experience in research, analysis, and strategic planning in addition to small business ownership. All invaluable skills for tackling downtown revitalization. He is especially passionate about capitalizing on people’s appetite for community as we emerge from Covid restrictions, and making sure downtown has the infrastructure to meet it
