Summary

Butch took his paycheck and said to the secretary "Which charity gets my check this month Beverly?" She played along and responded "The Red Cross I think" to which Butch throws his check on her desk and asks her to forward it to them. Standing next to him was a new teacher with her eyes wide open in amazement at what he had done. Butch turns to her and proclaims "The only reason I teach is so I can give back to the community." For the next few days this teacher would remark to others what a generous man Butch was and we who knew him would laugh inside knowing she had been pranked by the master. In the photo are: 1st Row (L to R) - Julie Baumgardner, Bonnie Cook, Robin Brunner, April Ritch, Mr. "Butch" Gaither (Advisor) 2nd Row - Jill Sigafoos, Noel Williams, Donnie Minnick 3rd Row - Darrin Nelson, Keith Huffer, Joey Smith
