A report from S. H. Stake, Gen. Sup., was read. The topic wasthat of the complaint of Wenner on previous day stating that in the selection of the site upon which the grant to J. L. Jordon to build a storehouse was made, it was entirely without partiality and with a view to accommodate both parties and the trade of the canal. After consideration it was resolved that the resolution adopted by the Board would be adhered to.
