Gentlemen; The home of mine in Berlin which is claimed by you I have occupied ever since the canal has been made. in the very of the canal.
My mothers house was
Charles B. Fisk and Wm. Egan told my
mother if she would leave her house that they would build her another, which they never did.
The old house on the bank of the
canal owned by Mrs. Lowery who afterwards married M. Mink, We occupied and repaired by permission of said Mink and have held and now hold the said premises.
